Single Laboratory Validation of Commercially Available Kits for the Detection of
Aflatoxin M1

Aflatoxin M1 is a genotoxic hydroxylated metabolite of aflatoxin B1 that can occur in milk
from lacting dairy
cows fed rations containing aflatoxin B1-contaminated corn and cottonseed meal.
Aflatoxin M1 in milk may be
